All merchandise are made to order and can take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. For orders larger than 5 of any one style, please contact GABRIELA CAROLINA at info@gabrielacarolina.com, for direct ordering.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this SITE. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery. Before returning any product, UNUSED products MUST meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

1) Complete the RETURN FORM at the bottom of this page. After completing and submitting our online return form, we will contact you via email with a Return Authorization Number, which you must include on your return shipping label 

2) Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you 

3) Returned products must have all disposable seals and tags still attached with the disposable seal still intact. Tags that have been removed VOID your return 

4) Returned products must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories, where applicable

5) Returned products must be sent in its original packaging 

6) Returned products must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within twenty (20) days of the date of delivery. Retain proof of shipping to avoid voiding your return conditions

7) Multiple returned products that were purchased together on the same order, must be returned in one single shipment

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy ALL of the conditions indicated above.

If you return a product or products that do not meet one or more of the above return conditions, you have thirty (30) days after you have been notified that you are NOT entitled to a refund to request that your merchandise be returned to you. Merchandise returned to you will be shipped at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day (30) period, you authorize GABRIELA CAROLINA to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
